I thought this was kinda funny and cute in its own way. Its a shoe commercial obviously in a foreign language, but you get the story line anyway. I am not jazzed about the actual shoe being offered, because it isn't exactly my style, but thought it would be fun to share with my viewers.

I Hate It When that Happens

It's really disappointing when you buy a pair of cute shoes and they fall apart the first time you wear them. That is why it is important to buy good quality shoes. I found these on a good sale and hate to admit it, but now I know why. The first time I wore them one of the straps broke. I've glued it back many times, but it won't stay. I keep wearing them, but hope to learn from this mistake and not make it again. Before you buy a pair of shoes you may want to check the seams and see if anything is loose. Another good idea is to walk around in them and make sure they don't get scuffed up to easily. Hope this post was helpful! Tell me in the comments below. :)

My Purple Keens

These are my most favorite shoes ever! They are my purple REI Keens. I have used them to do 19 mile backpacking trips, day trips to the ocean, playing in rivers, camping pretty much everywhere, traveling , you name it. I absolutely love these shoes! They are very versatile (except for formal events) and SUPER comfortable. I can't say they were cheap, but well worth the price. They are not the ultimate fashion statement, but in outdoor and sports fashion, very popular. The biggest deal for me was, of course, the purple color and the comfort. I tried them on at the store for the first time and didn't want to take them off. It was sort of an impulse purchase, but I definitely do not regret it. Another thing I really like about them, is the great tread and insoles for my feet. Would I recommend these shoes to someone else? Yes.
